Moroccan Chicken w/ Lemon & Olives Recipe!

Ingredients - (Serves 3)

 

Ingredients 
375g Jar Ozganics Lemon Chicken Simmer Sauce 
1 tbls olive oil 
6 chicken thigh fillets, diced 
Small brown onion, sliced 
1 cup of pitted green olives 
1/2 cup of raisins 
1/2 cup each of fresh coriander & continental parsley 
Prepared couscous/rice for 3 persons
Method
Heat oil in a saucepan /casserole dish. 
Add the chicken thigh fillets and brown evenly all over. Reduce heat to low, add the onion and Ozganics Lemon Chicken Simmer Sauce.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes, then add the olives and raisins and cook for a further 8 minutes or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Remove from the heat and add the finely chopped fresh herbs, stir through.
To serve, make a bed of couscous on a plate or bowl and spoon over the chicken into equal portions.
