When Should I Order?
Prices and availability are updated weekly on Friday evenings for the following weeks deliveries. So it's best to wait until after Friday to place your order. See the table above to find the weekly cut-off time for your area. Your order must be placed before the weekly order deadline to receive an order on that week.
Please Note: If your order is received after the order cut-off, it will be sent on the following weeks delivery run.
What Is The Minimum Order?
Our minimum order is $50 (not including delivery fee). Orders under $50 will not be accepted.
What Do I Do With My Empty Box?
Please leave your empty boxes and icepacks out on the day of your next delivery for pickup and re-use.
How Can I Pay?
Credit Card is our preferred method of payment:
We take you credit card over the phone (once off, not weekly), you can call us on 0433 799 444 once you've placed your order to give us the details or we will call you.
Your payment will be processed on your day of delivery.
Sorry but American Express and Diners are not accepted.
Online Transfer is our secondary payment option:
Our bank details will appear on your invoice.
Please only transfer the amount shown on the invoice you receive with your delivery as your total may vary to account for any unavailable items.
Please transfer your invoiced amount on the day of delivery.
Please be aware: If we are having to chase you up for payment we may also request assistance from a debt recovery service if we cannot solve the issue ourselves.
How Do I Know It Will Be Fresh & High Quality?
We pickup fresh stock from our suppliers each week which is immediately packed into your order the same morning. We DON'T pack old stock! Each item is selected within strict quality control guidelines as if we were selecting for ourselves. In this business quality is top priority! If you the customer are not choosing it yourself then we better be choosing the best for you!
If any stock is not of satisfactory quality, we will not pack it! We do not believe in the short term profit gained by packing bad quality produce, we believe in creating trusting happy customers!
All orders are packed in styrofoam boxes, chill packed with icepacks for extra freshness. This ensures your order will still be cool and fresh even if you can't unpack the order until 6pm because you work. Also, over all the years and thousands of orders we've delivered we've had very few complaints about items not being cold.
We pack heavier items on the bottom of the box so your precious goodies arrive in the best possible condition.
For produce that is sold in "each" units, if produce is smaller than average, we will pack more to ensure you don't miss out.
Substitution Option
Occasionally, produce items can become unavailable due to supply shortages. So you don't miss out, you can enter "Yes" to benefit from our handy substitute option when you create your account or edit your delivery details. Any unavailable produce items will be substituted with a similar item. If you select "No" to this option, we will deduct unavailable items from your order total.
Variety Change
Regardless of whether you have selected "Yes" or "No" for substitution, we will carry out a variety change where possible if a product is unavailable. eg - roma tomatoes for round, baby spinach for english spinach etc. We presume you will appreciate a variety change even if you select "No" for substitution as it is simply a change in variety of the same product. However, if you prefer not to receive variety changes for certain products, please let us know by updating your Order Preferences.
