Shipping Information:

Orders for this product are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to your address,  We order all units on Wednesday's, they are then shipped by the manufacturer the following Friday and normally arrive at your address by the following Thursday (5 - 7 working days).

For optimal results, the filter in the Alkastream unit should be replaced every 6 months. If you wait longer than 6 months to replace the filter, the unit may begin to return harmful elements back into your water.
